Gary, Ale & the girls

Last weekend, I flew in a day before my work meetings in DC so that I could spend some time with Gary, Ale, and their girls. It's a lovely two-hour drive to their home in Virginia, and if not for the storm (pre-tornado), I may have stepped out of the car for a disneyesque moment under a giant willow surrounded by singing robins. On this visit, I got to meet the newest member of the family, Mary Elizabeth. She's only 6.5 pounds but quite alert and likes to kick her very long legs. I also enjoyed getting my hair and make-up done by Rebekah and Megan who were generous in sharing their fifty-plus flavors of lip gloss and dozens of bright ribbons and barrettes. I've never looked better. Below are some photos from my evening with them. Can't wait until our next visit!
